Shri Vinayaka Engineering & Fabrication Works (VFab) has a rich and inspiring legacy that began in 1983 in the vibrant town of Tumakuru. Initially established as a manufacturer of three-wheel cycles, the company’s journey has been defined by continuous evolution, innovation, and adaptability. In 1987, VFab embraced a transformative shift by venturing into the design and manufacturing of interior and exterior furnishing products, marking the beginning of its expansion into broader industrial and creative domains.
Building on this foundation, the company took a significant step forward in 2001 by entering the field of road furnishing and signage board services, establishing itself as a reliable provider of infrastructure solutions.
Continuing its growth trajectory, VFab further strengthened its presence in the road safety and signage sector in 2021–2022, expanding its capabilities and market reach. A major milestone was achieved in 2022 with the merger of IPD (Indian Product Developers) a company with a distinguished legacy, into VFab. This strategic integration enabled both entities to operate as a unified organization.
Today, VFab, together with IPD, stands as one of the leading signage manufacturers across South India.
